Court Document Drafting (Family & Estate)

If you need court documents prepared but don’t need full representation, I can help.

I offer document drafting services for many court documents relating to family law and estate matters in Manitoba, provided your situation is appropriate for limited-scope assistance.

What this can include

Depending on your matter, I may be able to draft documents such as:

  • Pleadings and supporting documents

  • Consents and draft orders

  • Probate / administration court forms

What this service does not include

Document drafting does not include:

  • witnessing or notarizing documents (may be available for an additional fee)

  • filing documents for you

  • serving the other party

  • attending court

  • communicating with the other party, their lawyer, or the court on your behalf

How it works

  1. Contact me with a brief description of your matter so I can confirm it’s a good fit

  2. I’ll tell you what information and documents I need and provide a fee estimate.

  3. I prepare the documents and provide clear signing and filing instructions
