Most law firms offer full-service representation and bill by the hour.

My practice is intentionally focused on straightforward, uncontested matters and limited-scope services. By keeping the work focused and efficient, I’m able to offer clear flat-fee packages without unnecessary overhead, while bringing over 14 years of experience to every file.

Simple Divorce Package

(No children or property division)

Simple Divorce Package with Children

(No contentious issues regarding parenting or child support; no property division)

Amicable Separation Agreement
$1,200.00 – $1,800.00
(Depending on complexity)

Uncontested Probate / Administration Package
$750.00

Will, Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive Package
$400.00 (single)
$600.00 (couple)

Court Document Drafting (Family and Estate)

Consultations, Coaching and Zoom Meetings
$150.00 per half hour (30-minute minimum)

Witnessing and Notarizing
(In person or remote, where permitted)
$95.00 for up to 20 minutes

All prices are plus applicable taxes.
Most services have no extra cost for disbursements. If any additional charges are required, you will be advised before they are incurred.
