The package includes reviewing your situation, drafting all documents you will need to file, and providing step-by-step filing instructions and sample documents.

Other costs you may pay (not to me):

• Court filing fee $200.00;

• Marriage Certificate: $30.00 - $95.00

• Process server/service costs (if required)

• Commissioning/Notary (if required)

In addition to my flat fee, you will need to pay court filing fees of $200.00 at the time you register your Petition for Divorce.

You may have additional costs, for example, ordering a marriage certificate or paying to have a document served, based on your circumstances.

Timelines vary, but uncontested divorces typically take several months from the time documents are filed until the divorce is finalized. I’ll tell you what to expect based on your situation and the stage you’re at.
