I’ll prepare the documents required to apply for probate and provide step-by-step instructions so you know exactly what to sign, where to file, and what happens next.

Best for: Estates where the original will is available, or there is no will and there are no disputes.

Flat Fee Price

$750.00 (plus applicable taxes)

Legal fees for probate in Manitoba are set by tariff based on the value of the estate. This package is approximately half of the minimum tariff fee for many straightforward estates.

I do not act as executor or administrator; this service is limited to document preparation and procedural guidance
